A healthcare business leader who has spent his career focused on transforming businesses who serve the healthcare community, Matt is focused on understanding market needs and driving the commercialization strategy for AC3.
Throughout his different roles and organizations, Matt has had a consistent focus on incorporating technology into healthcare operations to improve quality and streamline operations. His foundation for success throughout his career has been building a customer-centered approach to how a business operates supported by developing highly engaged and accountable teams.
Previously as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Kulzer Dental, he led all customer-facing teams (over 100 people across product development, service, marketing, and sales teams). Prior to that Matt served in numerous product development, customer service, and marketing leadership roles at Press Ganey where he focused on managing and growing businesses with hospitals and physician practices.
Matt loves building high performing teams that focus on customer needs, and along with that creating the infrastructure to grow and scale the business and teams supporting it.
